Have you ever wondered who is behind all these funny Grumpy Cat pictures floating around the internet?  All I want to know is which pet sitting company they are using!!  I’d love an assignment like this!!

Apparently, this famous little fella isn’t an ordinary cat these days.  Two years ago, the cat’s owner’s brother posted one “grumpy cat” picture with a funny caption, and that image took off like nobody would have imagined in a million years.  Now, Tardar Sauce (the Grumpy Cat’s real name) has appeared on the front page of Wall Street Journal, cover of the New Yorker magazine, and has a $1 million dollar corporation behind his trademarked name that is currently licensed to clothing and food manufacturers.  The Grumpy Cat Facebook page has over 6 million likes.  The owner and her brother have since quit their jobs and commit their time to managing their famous kitty’s schedule attending photo shoots once a day, but not longer than for an hour.  The Grumpy Cat has a talent management company representing him.  However, I was unable to find which pet sitting company these guys are using… 🙂

Moreover, a movie just came out titled Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever.  Even though the ratings are pretty low (shocker!!), it has gained a huge popularity on social media, especially on Twitter.  Check out the trailer to see that I am not joking!!

As a conclusion, I would like to shout out to all my pet sitting clients and pet loving  friends: I am surely glad we all live in America.  We not only have the best pet care and veterinary care opportunities here, but we all have a real chance that our careers and lives may change because someone just watched my puppy yawn in her sleep yesterday.  Just make sure to please mention DFW pet sitting in your next interview!
