Are you interested in adopting a kitten?
Want to save the life of a cute young animal that will bring a lifetime of happiness not just to you but to your future best friend? Well, there will be multiple locations this Sunday, March 24, 2019, from 1 pm to 3 pm. You will also get the chance to learn about how to care for these young adorable kittens from experts and enjoy feeding demonstrations held by them along with kitten hugs galore!
Kitten season is upon us!
What does that mean exactly? Kitten season is the time of the year when cats are more likely to give birth to a litter. The timing for this typically begins in the spring and peaks into the summer and transitioning into the Autumn months. This time of the year brings a peak in kitten births which unfortunately concludes animal shelters and rescue groups containing more kittens than usual. In the effort to fix this, both animal shelters and rescue groups are urging pet owners to spay/neuter their cat along with adopting sheltered or rescued kittens to prevent future homeless cats.
Donate kitten care supplies!
If you are not in the position to adopt a kitten now there are other options to help these amazing animals out by simply checking out their website for their “Kitten Registry” and “Amazon Wishlist”. Donations are also needed and greatly appreciated of course! The following donations are needed at this time: kitten food, kitten formula, heating pads, scales, bedding, and kitten bottles.
